We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a global technology consultancy, helping migrate legacy systems into modern, scalable architectures while working alongside international teams and UK-based clients.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing backend solutions using C#/.NET and Java
- Modernising legacy applications and driving digital transformation
- Working with AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineering teams
- Mentoring developers and championing best practices
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of backend development experience
- Strong C#/.NET and Java skills
- Solid SQL and database experience
- Cloud exposure (AWS and/or Azure)
- Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Consulting or client-facing experience is a bonus
