This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across legacy and modern environments, solving complex problems, and delivering high-quality, scalable systems.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, R&D, you’ll play a key role in building, improving, and maintaining software solutions, working across both .NET Framework and .NET Core environments.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of your work and contributing to a strong engineering culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with C# and .NET (Framework and/or Core)
- Experience with multithreading and parallel programming in Windows environments
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Experience working with SQL Server and relational databases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and navigate existing codebases
- Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical)
- Strong commitment to clean code and quality engineering practices
- Experience with XML/XSLT
- Familiarity with Git / Bitbucket workflows
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude)
- Experience working with or modernising legacy systems
- Experience in mixed-technology environments
