Three Phase Electrician

Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Three-Phase Factory Electrician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of three-phase electrical systems within their industrial facility. Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:

• Install, inspect, and maintain three-phase electrical systems, including motors, switchgear, transformers, and associated equipment.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and conduct preventive maintenance activities.

Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions efficiently, minimizing downtime.
• Analyse and repair faults in three-phase electrical circuits and components.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implement safety measures during maintenance and repair activities to protect personnel and equipment.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Update and create electrical drawings and documentation as needed.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize electrical systems and support overall factory operations.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized electrical work when required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in electrical systems is preferred.
• Certification as an Electrician.
• Proven experience as an electrician in an industrial setting, with a focus on three-phase electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and machinery.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in three-phase electrical systems and related equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions if required.
