Marketing Assistant (Freelance / Contract)

We’re looking for a flexible, resourceful marketing assistant to help support day-to-day campaigns, projects, and digital updates. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety—one day, you’ll be prepping social posts, the next helping with a website update or assisting with a product launch.

You’ll work closely with our team across content, design, and strategy, picking up tasks that help move things forward. A keen eye for detail, strong communication, and a “get-it-done” attitude are essential.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with planning and scheduling marketing campaigns
• Prepare and coordinate content for social media
• Help with uploading and maintaining website content
• Manage basic admin tasks related to ongoing campaigns
• Support internal tracking and reporting as needed

Must-have:

• Comfortable with digital tools and platforms
• Highly organised, proactive, and a solid communicator
• Strong Attention to detail 

Advantageous:

• Basic knowledge of Canva, WordPress, or HubSpot
• Exposure to marketing analytics or reporting
• Previous experience in a fast-moving or freelance environment
