Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum 7 years' software development experience
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience managing software projects from concept through delivery
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop technical talent
