? Customer service has been a skill that I have acquired through working for Berghang Investments were I would meet different types of customers with vast queries which I effectively resolved leaving both parties happy and satisfied.
? I have also gained good stock keeping and record keeping skills in a more efficient way also through the use of keeping the records on a computer, which also improved and increased my computer abilities.
? Through this practical work experience, I have gained important appreciation of on the job concepts/activities such as fostering teaming, improved research skills, good communication skills, data analysis, hard work, innovativeness, and good people skills.
? I also gained basic practical experience in research and development, an area I had grown to appreciate during my undergraduate degree studies. I also obtained requisite understanding of figurative analytical review, quantitative methods, leadership skill areas I had also studied at college.
? My work also helped me appreciate the importance of enabling the organization that I work for to effectively serve the society it operates from, through its mandate in fostering corporate social responsibility.
