Escom has launched Operation Lungisa, a four-month campaign to educate the masses of the dangers of creating illegal electricity connections and repairing damaged metres. ComutaNet audio trailers have been commissioned to spread the word in Soweto, Benoni, Vereening and Randfontein where the message is sure to be seen by a vast number of offenders.
