Hippo's new ad campaign showcases the brand mascot
To coincide with its new brand identity, Hippo.co.za enlisted FoxP2 to help it come up with a creative concept behind the character's rebrand and refresh.
The campaign's creative strategy is aimed at further entrenching the image of the Hippo in consumers' minds. The campaign portrays what happens when people commit to something without giving it their full consideration - ignoring their 'inner Hippo'.
The refreshed Hippo branding will be carried out through multiple media channels, including humorous and fun video vignettes.
