music videos ...HELP!!!
How do I obtain international music videos to broadcast locally without ripping off anybody ??
I am considering doing a music programme which includes local and international artists. i have no problem getting local artists' videos but how do i get international music videos without pulling them off existent music channels.what is the procedure/s and what would the costs bre like.. (i am sure they will be in $US).anyone with info in this dept pliz help.. i am clueless and am just trying to learn my way through this before i make a mess of things.
