We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, working with data, and delivering exceptional client outcomes. What you'll bring
✔ 6 to 8+ years' Business Analysis experience within financial services.
✔ Strong experience in:
- Investment reporting and client communications.
- Requirements elicitation and specification writing.
- User testing (UT), regression testing, and defect management.
✔ Solid understanding of:
- Data mapping and transformation.
- Systems analysis and design.
- SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Visio
- Lead engaging workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business needs.
- Transform ideas into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Design data-driven solutions with accurate financial and investment data mapping.
- Challenge the status quo and refine requirements to improve business efficiency and client experience.
- Drive testing activities, including user testing and regression testing, while managing defects to successful resolution.
