Job description
Administrate: Deliver on time in full- Correspond with internal staff and suppliers telephonically and via email
- Tracking of all goods using SYNC timelines allocated
- Timeline delays to be updated on SYNC and reported to Line Manager
- Sourcing and loading of new fabric codes onto SYNC
- Assisting Reps/SR/CRM’s with fabric choices
- Ordering and following up with comments on SYNC
- Updating all timelines and changing statuses as required on SYNC
- Sourcing of components or fabric when required under construction from Head of Department
- Pick fabric from stock on SYNC as required
- Ensure that all documentation issued and received is accurate and captured on SYNC
- Capturing CMT invoices and completing forms for payment purposes
- Cost effective raw material sourcing and procurement principles

Requirements
- Grade 12
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of fabric and fashion designs
- Strong administrative skills and procurement

- Work under minimum supervision
