You will be responsible for implementing quick-turnaround changes, resolving production issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of customer communication systems.
Required technical skills:
- Strong experience with OpenText Exstream Dialogue (essential)
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages
- Experience with document composition/CCM platforms (e.g., Sefas, GMC, or similar)
- Solid understanding of data processing and multiple data formats (XML, CSV, fixed-width, EBCDIC, AFP, PostScript, PDF)
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Familiarity with Jira or similar work management tools
- Investigate and resolve complex document processing and data-related issues
- Diagnose problems arising from customer-specific data scenarios and formatting variations
- Identify root causes and implement robust, long-term solutions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with keen attention to detail
- Maintain and enhance existing document processing and composition applications
- Implement move/add/change requests (typically 3–20 hours in scope)
- Modify workflows, templates, and page objects using CCM tools and scripting languages
- Ensure all changes align with technical design and business requirements
