We're looking for a Business Analyst who can connect the dots, solve problems, and help turn great ideas into even better business solutions.
�� What you'll be doing
- Digging deep to uncover business needs and requirements.
- Turning challenges into opportunities through smart analysis and innovative thinking.
- Mapping, reviewing, and improving business processes.
- Working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure everyone is speaking the same language.
- Designing solutions that make work easier, faster, and more effective.
- Identifying gaps, reducing inefficiencies, and helping drive continuous improvement.
- Contributing to system enhancements, application requirements, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Matric / grade 12.
- Relevant business analysis or systems analysis qualification.
- A business degree is a bonus ⭐
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience.
- Experience in insurance essential
- Understanding of SDLC, business analysis methodologies, and process modelling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts without causing blank stares.
- A natural problem-solver who loves asking questions and finding answers.
