Duties and responsibilities
- Full function debtors and creditors
- Customer liaison, recons, statements, queries and debt collection
- Supplier processing (making sure all documents are obtained and processed by the deadline date), recons, preparation of payments
- Cashbooks
- Accurately posting daily cashbooks and cash flow management
- Understanding of foreign transactions
(Debtors/Creditors/Cashbook) - Monthly journals
- Month end closure
- Monthly sales reports
- Monthly management accounts
- Maintaining documents
- General office duties
- Diploma in finance
- At least 5 years full bookkeeping function experience
- Sage pastel partner
- MS Excel intermediate
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent numerical skills and good organisational skills.
