We are seeking a dynamic Telesales and Marketing Representative to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have to be passionate, vibrant and have a can-do attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Develop and execute telemarketing campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies.
- Support (through telesales and initiatives) digital marketing activities including email campaigns, social media content, and online engagement.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimise results.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales and marketing reports accurately and on time.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of 1-2 years of telesales or marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in English and Afrikaans is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Must be vibrant and extroverted.
- Passion and drive for sales, marketing and for people.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Basic salary of R10,000 – R12 000 based on experience per month with an attractive commission.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to participate in a High-Performance Sales.
