    The role
    We are looking for a powerhouse Creative Social Media Lead to champion our creative vision and spearhead both our internal brand strategy and our clients' social footprints.

    This isn't just about writing catchy captions or picking aesthetic grids. You will sit at the intersection of brilliant storytelling, cutting-edge AI technology, and hard data. You will be the creative mastermind behind our client strategies, but you’ll also possess the analytical brain needed to build, manage, and monitor automated performance ad campaigns. You’ll be a vital bridge to our paid media teams, ensuring that beautiful creativity is backed by undeniable results.

    Key responsibilities
    • Own the narrative: Lead the overarching creative and social media strategy for our agency’s internal brand, as well as our diverse portfolio of clients.
    • Strategize and execute: Develop end-to-end social media strategies, high-impact creative concepts, and comprehensive social analytics reports.
    • Performance creative management: Design, deploy, and manage automated performance ad campaign creative that stops the scroll and drives conversions.
    • Data-driven optimization: Rigorously monitor campaign success and translate analytics into actionable insights to feed directly into our paid media teams.
    • Tech and AI integration: Embrace and experiment with the latest AI tools and emerging tech to optimize workflows and scale creative output.
    • Industry trendsetting: Stay ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving digital landscape, ensuring our agency is always leading the conversation, never chasing it.

    Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

    • Campaign excellence: Proven track record of designing, implementing, and scaling high-impact brand campaigns across all major social media platforms.

    • Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills with deep technical knowledge of social media metrics and native/third-party analytics platforms to drive ROI.

    • Budget management: Demonstrated experience successfully managing large-scale marketing budgets and optimizing ad spend.

    • Communication: Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand voice and collaborate seamlessly across teams.

    • Creative vision: Strong eye for design and creative direction; hands-on experience with automated or AI-driven creative tools is a distinct advantage.
