Now we’re looking for an Experienced Designer (3–4 years in the game) to bring fresh thinking, craft, and leadership to our design team.

What you’ll do

• Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Work directly with the creative director to understand goals and turn them into impactful design solutions.
• Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts across print and digital.
• Contribute to brand development and creative strategy.
• Mentor junior designers, sharing your skills and experience.
• Keep an eye on design trends and emerging tools.

What we’re looking for

• Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or similar.
• 3–4 years’ professional design experience.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography, layout, and conceptual thinking.
• Proven ability to lead projects and guide junior creatives.
• A portfolio that shows both creative excellence and design leadership.
• Confident communicator and collaborator.
• Passion for pushing creative boundaries and staying ahead of trends.
