Responsibilities:
Experienced supporting Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet, Mobile device, Server and printer hardware.
Supporting and configuring Microsoft windows operating systems.
Implementing & supporting of MS Office 2007-2016 Products incl. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, publisher, Visio etc.
Installation, configuring & maintaining Microsoft Office 365
Installation & Support of network & local printers.
Implementing, Managing & maintaining workstations XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/10
Maintaining of Networking (WANs, VPNs and WIFI also network cabling.
Extraordinary Customer service and advanced communication skills.
Installation, maintaining &upgrading workstations functionality (e.g. install patches, drivers and imaging systems updating software's.
Ensuring the availability of IT Equipment and server functionality on daily basis for all users.
Ability of lifting, carry &deploying IT equipment also managing IT Asset forms and tools of trade.
Providing IT end user support to users in need and Troubleshooting &Solving workstation problems
Performing other related duties attending logged calls as assigned to, ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
Perform Remote Assistance Support Services using windows or Team viewer software and provide technical support via phone or email.
