With over a decade of experience in the education sector, Khomotjo brings expertise in instructional and curriculum design, educational research, and education product strategy. She has worked across diverse educational settings to design impactful, scalable learning experiences that centre scholar context and needs.
Since joining SPARK in 2017, Khomotjo has played a foundational role in the organisation’s high school expansion, serving as the founding principal of SPARK High Schools. She now leads the strategy for the SPARK School product. Her work bridges instructional design, product development, and education systems thinking, with a strong emphasis on data-driven innovation, educator enablement, and scholar-centred design.
