After a successful management buyout which took place in February 2011, I became the sole owner of TEAMtalk media which is becoming the largest independently owned sports digital media business in South Africa.
I specialise in sports digital publishing and employ over 60 fulltime staff in Cape Town, Johannesburg and London as well as having an army or freelancers.
My aim is to establish TEAMtalk media as a significant presence in the sports media and data market in South Africa and Internationally.
In December 2011, I also bolstered the company portfolio following the acquisition of PA Sport South Africa. The official data rights holders for the PSL, EPL and English football leagues in Africa.
I also own a number of leading international sports websites which include Planetsport.com, Planet F1.com, Planet Rugby.com, Football411.com, Cricket365.com and Golf365.com.
My sports digital career stretches way back to 1999.
