Show profile Hide profileOver the last 12 years I have had the privilege of interacting with business executives and other senior leaders from diverse industries such as, Government and Parastatals, Mining, Emergency Services, Banking, Education, Manufacturing, Retail and Sales.
Working with leaders and their teams I specialise in understanding the core themes and issues relating to their enterprise and industry. I then use this insight to address their game and game plan using appropriate and powerful analogies to get people excited, motivated and into the game.
Some of the aspects I give strong emphasis to include:
1. Getting the score to move up - for players both inside and outside the enterprise.
2. Maximising competitiveness, cooperation and coordination of the game.
3. Illustrating the power of convergence, when all the players play the same game.
The forces at play today that influence people's individual and team decisions to become top performing players require more sophisticated methods, in order to draw valuable loyal customers. In addressing these critical issues, my core message is aimed at increasing demand through attracting greater buy-in to the brand, and then sustaining that buy-in in order to maximise long-term value for the organisation.
