RoomRaccoon appoints Kudzai Mapfinya as global head of customer

Hotel management software company RoomRaccoon has promoted Kudzai Mapfinya to global head of customer. In her new position, Mapfinya will oversee customer support, customer success and customer training for the company.

Mapfinya brings more than a decade of customer service experience to RoomRaccoon. Prior to joining RoomRaccoon, she worked for various SaaS and tech companies.
