Cape Town Tourism appoints new chairperson, vice chairperson

Julie-May Ellingson and Wahida Parker are Cape Town Tourism's newly appointed chairperson and vice chairperson respectively.

Ellingson is an urban and regional planner and development economist by profession. She currently serves as the chief executive officer of the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).

Parker, on the other hand, is an admitted attorney, internationally accredited mediator, and coach. As the managing director of the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway, she ensured that all South Africans get to experience Table Mountain at least once in their lives.
