Petousis Family Holdings appoints new board chairperson, non-executive directors

Petousis Family Holdings has included three non-executive directors to its board. Former Holiday Inn Group South Africa chief executive Nigel Matthews has also been appointed as the board's chairperson.

Matthews is to replace Barrie Jack, who will remain a non-executive director. The other new non-executive directors are Phumi Nhlapo and Mike Freedman.
