Craninx appointed as IHG's hotel performance support director

Nicolas Craninx has been appointed as InterContinental Hotels Group's (IHG) director of hotel performance support in Africa. Craninx will lead the operations and performance of 17 IHG hotels across the region from IHG's offices in Johannesburg.

Craninx started his career in South Africa in 1993 at Protea Hotels. Most recently in England, Craninx led Crowne Plaza Harrogate's conversion from a Holiday Inn to Crowne Plaza.
