Singita appoints Jörg Pfützner as buying specialist for Premier Wine Direct division

Singita has appointed Jörg Pfützner as buying specialist for its Premier Wine Direct division.

Drawing on his nine years of luxury brand management experience, including his previous role with Louis XIII Cognac, Pfützner will oversee the wine strategy and selections at Singita lodges across four African countries.

He aims to enhance the guest experience by emphasising wine's connection to nature and its role in creating memorable moments.

Additionally, he plans to recruit and develop sommeliers, collaborate with chefs, and implement sustainable practices within the wine programme.
