New talent joins the Tokara winemaking team

Candice Nassen, an up-and-coming winemaker and academic achiever, joins Tokara on 1 November 2021 as assistant winemaker to Stuart Botha.

After graduating with degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Cape Town as well as viticulture and oenology from the University of Stellenbosch, Nassen gained extensive winemaking experience in acclaimed local and international cellars.

Nassen is eager to further develop her skills.
