Sebastian Berinato is The Cellars-Hohenort hotel's new GM

Relais & Châteaux hotel, The Cellars-Hohenort, has announced the appointment of Sebastian Berinato as its new general manager of the hotel. Berinato assumed the general manager role in February.

Berinato brings in over 40 years of invaluable experience in the hospitality sector, having worked at several Southern Sun hotels for most of his career and previously held several hotel management roles, including general manager of The Marine Hotel in Hermanus and hotel manager at Asara Wine Estate & Hotel. He holds an American Hotel and Motel Association diploma and has also won several awards throughout his career.

Berinato commented on his appointment: "I love interacting with guests and ensuring that they are truly satisfied - it will be an honour to take on this role."
