Janine Fourie named Hilton Durban executive chef

Hilton Durban has appointed Janine Fourie as its new executive chef. Fourie spent the last two years as the head chef of The Big Easy Winebar & Grill Durban by Ernie Els.

Fourie completed her professional chef diploma at the Granger Bay Hotel School in Cape Town and has 16 years of local and international experience. Fourie's former positions include executive chef at Knai Bang Chatt in Cambodia and aboard the Relais & Chateaux luxury cruiseliner Worldwide.
