New port vintage released

Landskroon’s latest vintage, the 2002 Landskroon Port, has been crafted under the watchful eye of Cellarmaster Paul de Villiers, whose 1997 Port earned him the title of Diners Club South African Winemaker of the Year in 2000. The vintage is a blend of Tinta Barocca (6%), Tinta Roriz (22%), Souzao (22%) and Touriga Nacional (50%), all harvested from 11 – 16 year old vines on Landskroon estate and matured for 45 months in old oak barrels. The Landskroon Port 2002 sells at R43.50 at the cellar door.
