Air Mauritius suspends all Hong Kong flights

Air Mauritius has suspended all its direct flights to and from Hong Kong indefinitely amid growing coronavirus concerns and travel restrictions currently in place in Mauritius. The airline says eligible passengers travelling to and from Hong Kong will be rerouted via its hubs in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

The suspension came into effect on 4 February and the last flights operated on the route happened on 3 February. According to the airline, this is a health and safety precaution to its passengers and crew members as their health and safety remain its top priority.
