Skytrax awards Emirates for inflight entertainment, staff service

Dubai-based airline Emirates received two accolades at the 2018 Skytrax World Airline Awards. The airline was presented with the World's Best Inflight Entertainment award for the 14th time in a row along with the service excellence award for best airline staff service in the Middle East.

The 2018 Skytrax World Airline Awards were decided by more than 20 million customers across 100 countries; the survey reviewed over 335 airlines from August 2017 to May 2018.
