Twitter, Goal to present special 2019 Afcon show
As part of the 2019 Caf Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) coverage, Twitter and Goal will produce #HolaGoal, a show dedicated to the football tournament. The English language programme will provide content for fans during the 32nd Afcon, which is taking place from 21 June to 19 July in Egypt; the first episode will stream on 3 July.
Hosted by Sizwe Mbebe, the six-minute show will offer fast match reports, team profiles, breaking news, and exclusive interviews, as well as reactions from coaches, players and fans in the tournament. #HolaGoal will be free and accessible globally to logged-in and logged-out users on Twitter and connected devices and will be streamed via Goal's Twitter accounts @GoalcomSA and @GoalcomNigeria. It will be aired on different days and times of the week.
