Newcomer Zahara's debut album breaks record

Newcomer Zahara has broken the 200 000 unit sales mark with her debut album, uLoliwe. Released in late August 2011, the Eastern Cape-born Zahara's tunes have notched her a multi-platinum record. Says EMI Music / CCP Records marketing manager Wandile Sikhosana, "It's been a while since I've witnessed such excitement over a new artist. We are honoured to be part of this dynamic young woman's history-making moment."
