Olympic blogging from Runner's World

Former South African Olympic 400-metre runner Arnaud Malherbe is providing commentary on the Beijing Olympic Games on his daily blog on www.runnersworld.co.za (click on the Beijing Olympics 2008 button on the homepage). Malherbe is quite outspoken in his blog, based on his vast experience of top-level competition. He is the former South African 400-metre champion and represented SA at three Olympic Games, three Commonwealth Games, four Athletics World Champs, two World Student Games and the World Cup in Athletics. He currently works as a wealth manager at RMB Private Bank and does radio and television commentary on athletics as well.
