Olympic blogging from Runner's World
Former South African Olympic 400-metre runner Arnaud Malherbe is providing commentary on the Beijing Olympic Games on his daily blog on www.runnersworld.co.za (click on the Beijing Olympics 2008 button on the homepage). Malherbe is quite outspoken in his blog, based on his vast experience of top-level competition.
