Must-have skills and experience:

• Java certification – advantageous
• AWS certification – advantageous
• Well rounded Developer with 8+ years’ solid development experience
• Back-end and full stack Development
• Experience directing AI coding agents (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as part of the development workflow

Strong advantages:

• Java

• Typescript
• Python
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL

Advantageous skills:

• AWS
• Solid understanding of RESTful API development
• Experience with version control using Git
