Parts Sales Executive

Remuneration:	R12000 - R15000 per month

A well-established automotive dealership based in Paarl, Western Cape is looking for a experienced part sales executive. 

Duties (but not limited to):

• Service existing clients
• Parts sourcing
• Assist service department with parts request orders
• Assist with telephonic queries and parts sales
• Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent service with regards to parts
• Provide best customer service
• Handle customer complaints
• Receive and log stock into inventory
• Notify service department when parts / back ordered have been received
• Maintain parts department neat and tidy

Requirements:

• Must have parts sales experience in the automotive industry (commercial or passenger)
• Grade 12
• Computer literate
• Work well under pressure
• Multi-tasker
• Customer care skills
• Good communication skills
