Master Technician - Johannesburg North, Gauteng

Our client is looking for a Master Qualified Vehicle Technician to undertake fault diagnosis, perform repairs, and uphold quality control standards in line with both customer and company requirements. Your role will be pivotal in delivering top-tier technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
 
Requirements:

• Master Technician Qualification Certificate
• Motor Vehicle Trade Test Certificate (Petrol)
• Must have valid and active STARS login details
• Must have up to date Master Technician training and be able to provide proof of training completed
• Be able to provide 3 months payslips
• Proficient knowledge of high-end motor vehicles, coupled with strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities (both electrical and mechanical)
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Valid driver's license
• Clean criminal record

 
Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough work preparation and fault diagnosis
• Executing diagnostic repairs (both mechanical and electrical)
• Carrying out final inspections and functional tests
• Compiling comprehensive reports for vehicle handover
• Upholding stringent quality standards to meet our Standards of Excellence
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition
• Taking responsibility for the cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop and work areas
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior mechanics and apprentices
