Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information about product features and benefits.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting our products.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a positive shopping experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
