Senior Full Stack C# Developer

We’re searching for an experienced Senior Software Developer who can help drive the creation of advanced cloud-driven solutions that transform how healthcare organisations operate. This role goes beyond writing great code—you’ll influence architectural decisions, support a culture of technical excellence, and help less-experienced developers grow into their potential.

You’ll work on systems that power real-world healthcare operations, from high-performance backend services to intuitive, data-rich front-end experiences. Your contributions will directly support clinicians, administrators, and patients by making essential processes faster, smarter, and more connected.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve robust backend platforms using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
• Build modern, interactive user interfaces with Angular 15+, JavaScript, and supporting front-end technologies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Champion code quality by leading reviews, setting engineering standards, and coaching junior and mid-level developers
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Improve system performance and scalability, especially for applications that process large healthcare datasets
• Write clean, secure, testable code and support continuous integration and deployment practices

What You Bring

• Strong full-stack experience with a focus on backend engineering
• Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and RESTful API development
• Practical expertise with Angular 15+, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Solid SQL skills and exposure to ORM frameworks
• Comfortable working within Agile development cycles
• A desire to build technology that creates meaningful impact in the healthcare space

The Reference Number for this position is PM60042 which is a Permanent Hybrid position based in Centurion offering a cost to company of up to R1.1mil Per Annum negotiable on experience and ability.
