What you’ll do:
- Architect and deliver front-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and user-friendly
- Lead and mentor a front-end team, guiding technical direction and best practices
- Collaborate with product & design to create intuitive customer experiences
- Apply responsive design principles, performance optimisation, and modern engineering patterns
- Work across the full product lifecycle — from concept to deployment and operation
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ commercial front-end development experience
- Expert in React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong architectural design skills (front-end & system-level)
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
- Hands-on with AWS, PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, responsive design, and modern testing practices
