Senior Planner

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage stock investment and end-to-end inventory planning
• Lead demand forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance planning
• Deliver powerful insights to support commercial decisions
• Improve in-stock systems, supplier processes, and customer experience
• Own planning cycles – from seasonal promotions to clearance and replenishment
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of buying assistants

Minimum requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience in retail planning, forecasting & inventory management
• Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel, SQL, or statistical tools)
• Proven success managing spend, OTB, margin, and markdowns
• Degree in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics
• A go-getter mindset with commercial thinking and entrepreneurial flair
