Admin/Operations Assistant

Primary duties will include (not limited to):
  • Creating style codes to organise and streamline our product inventory.
  • Importing and organising high-quality images.
  • Efficiently capturing and processing sales orders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Handling invoicing duties with precision and attention to detail
  • Track shipments from overseas and local suppliers.
  • Monitor shipment status and ETA to ensure timely delivery and update internal stakeholders accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve issues or delays in shipments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth receipt and processing of incoming shipments.
  • Maintain accurate record of all shipments, including documentation and correspondence.
Skills
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (higher than average), and other relevant software for data management and analysis
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Conscientious with follow-up and feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation is a plus.
  • Trustworthy and dependable
  • Problem solver.
  • Strong team player
