Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services

Actively approach customers on the sales floor to provide assistance and increase sales opportunities
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, while adhering to company policies and procedures
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize customer loyalty and repeat business
Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, ensuring products are well displayed and easily accessible to customers
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Familiarity with basic technology and point-of-sale systems
Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
