HR Administrator

• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the vital link between our valued employees and management, ensuring clear and effective communication channels are established and maintained.
• Manage IOD (Injury on Duty): Administer our Injury on Duty (IOD) program with precision and compassion, providing support to employees throughout the process and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Liaison with Union and Labor Networks: Cultivate strong relationships with union representatives and labor networks, promoting positive dialogue and collaboration to uphold the interests of both employees and the organization.

• Proven experience as an HR Administrator or related field.
• Familiarity with IOD procedures, unions and labor regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across departments.
