I am currently working as a Call Centre Agent at Ikageng Web Service and Graphic Solutions specializing as a customer problem solver or handler. Prior to this I was doing 6 months in-service training as a Trainee in Business Analyst at DR Kenneth Kaunda District Municipality in the Corporate Service Department. Duties including formulating information strategic plan, systems requirements for municipality, ICT budget plan. I then got an internship in IT Support with the following duties assembling and dissembling hardware, installing software's, operation systems installation, desktop maintenance, and networking.

I'm currently studying towards a B:Tech in IT and have completed a N:Dip in Information and Communication Technology.
