I have worked in the industry as a receptionist/service advisor and buyer for many years and am capable of handling a stressful environment and helping all types of customers.
I have done every thing from service desk to ordering and receiving parts to costing and quotations for customers as well as working with workshop staff to assist them in getting the required parts for them to complete their work and making sure the client also understands what is need to get their vehicle to meet safety standards. I have also managed a busy reception where clients are booking in their vehicle and paying for their vehicle to be collected.
