I am a training, monitoring and evaluation specialist and possess the following skills;

Facilitation and presentation skills, training, moderation and assessment skills. I possess reporting and writing skills. I am in the process of registering a company which will focus on building and supporting new or middle managers. I am conversant with results based management having worked as a junior lecturer in public service management and later as a consultant monitoring and evaluation for the Department of Arts and \Culture for the past five years. It is my wish to engage in training facilitation for companies that are already registered in the following areas; human resource, customer care, and other soft skills programs.
