Jacaranda 94.2 has whole-heartedly gotten behind its winter warmer campaign, including running internal challenges to raise financial aid and blankets for chosen charity Children of Fire. The extent of the warmth and care for these children, who have all been affected by fire, has even resulted in the radio presenters challenging one another to donate money out of their own pockets, raising a minimum of R10 000 by the presenters alone in just one day.
