What you'll bring

✔ 6 to 8+ years' Business Analysis experience within financial services.

✔ Strong experience in:

• Investment reporting and client communications.
• Requirements elicitation and specification writing.
• User testing (UT), regression testing, and defect management.

✔  Advanced SQL and data analysis skills.

✔ Solid understanding of:

• Data mapping and transformation.
• Systems analysis and design.
• SDLC and Agile methodologies.

✔ Experience with:

• JIRA
• Confluence
• Visio

What you'll be doing

• Lead engaging workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to uncover business needs.
• Transform ideas into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Design data-driven solutions with accurate financial and investment data mapping.
• Challenge the status quo and refine requirements to improve business efficiency and client experience.
• Drive testing activities, including user testing and regression testing, while managing defects to successful resolution.
